Brit Friedman and Sharon Bell, whose works were shown in Focus: Fiber 2008, will also be participating in the show. The exhibit cannot be defined as a “quilt show” as the fiber pieces present a wide array of approaches to working with fabrics, threads, and various other non-quilt materials. The opening reception will be on Friday , September 5, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. The South Wing Gallery is located in St. Paul’s Church, 2747 Fairmount Blvd, Cleveland Heights, at the corner of Fairmount and Coventry Road. Curated by Martha Young, the show runs from September 5 through November 2,
